Infographics and Job Aids

Infographics are an effective ways to explain concepts by combining visual elements with written words. The use of charts, diagrams, graphs, or other imagery helps reduce cognitive load and increase meaning of the written text. 
Job aids work much in the same way, reducing complex procedures to simple visuals that save time in training and provide on-demand reinforcement for training that has already been completed.
